العٰدِيٰتِ

وَٱلۡعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبۡحࣰ ا

Translation: By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath)

فَٱلۡمُورِيَٰتِ قَدۡحࣰ ا

Translation: And strike sparks of fire

فَٱلۡمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبۡحࣰ ا

Translation: And push home the charge in the morning

فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعࣰ ا

Translation: And raise the dust in clouds the while

فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهِۦ جَمۡعًا

Translation: And penetrate forthwith into the midst (of the foe) en masse

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودࣱ

Translation: Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful

وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدࣱ

Translation: And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds)

وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلۡخَيۡرِ لَشَدِيدٌ

Translation: And violent is he in his love of wealth

۞أَفَلَا يَعۡلَمُ إِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِي ٱلۡقُبُورِ

Translation: Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ

Translation: And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest

إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ لَّخَبِيرُۢ

Translation: That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day
